 -COMPREHENSIVE REPORTS- Provide monthly an itemized statement includes all rent collected, plus cost/receipts for maintenance, annual statements for tax purposes. Preparation of all documents for legal and binding leases prepared by landlord/tenant law attorney, keep track of tenant occupancy through move in/move out reports and laws affecting landlords and tenants.

-REHAB, REPAIR, AND MAINTAINING PROPERTY-Alrepairs are done by licensed and insured general contractor, regularly scheduled inspections.

-SCREEN AND ACQUIRE TENANTS- Via credit reports, rental history, references, employment and criminal records.
